Our co***ny is first established under the name of Rui'an Nabaichuan Auto parts Co., LTD in March, 2004. In 2006, our co***ny registered in Taishun as Nabaichuan Holding Co., LTD., with £¤50,000,000 registered capital and £¤180,000,000 total investment. The total area of the new factory is 66855©O, with 50934©O building area.
Our co***ny is professional in producing thermal exchange system products for passerager car, such as aluminum mechanical radiators, aluminum brazed radiators and heater exchangers. Now we have more than 700 kinds of aluminum mechanical radiators and more than 300 kinds of heater exchangers on the line. And we expect to develop over 1000 kinds of aluminum brazed radiators and plan to accomplish 600 kinds in 3 years. Our production capacity for aluminum mechanical radiator is 1.3 million pcs per year and 2 million pcs per year for aluminum brazed radiators.
The equipments for producing aluminum mechanical radiators is mainly manufactured at home, while the equipments of aluminum brazed radiators, such as the B-type tube machine and fin machine, are all imported from FMC co***ny of England. Our co***ny is armed with the products laboratory, containing all kinds of test equipments and experiment equipments. What¡¯s more, our co***ny is also equipped with the automatic logistic centre.
Our products are all exported. Aluminum mechanical radiators are mainly sold to Europe, while aluminum brazed radiators are mainly marketing in America. And our co***ny has already established a long-term relationship with some famous customers. In December 2010, our co***ny started to cooperate with the one of the Big Three of the auto parts in the world, and became the single sourcing of aluminum mechanical radiators in China.
The co***ny has passed ISO / TS16949 quality control system.
